Q:I have sensitive skin, can I use these products?

A: Our products are all natural and our ingredients are carefully selected to match the body natural PH. Therefore, minimizing the risk of irritation. See the ingredients on each product page to ensure you are not allergic to any of our organic ingredients. Consult a physician if you have any concerns before use of our products. In case of any irritation due to open wounds or infections, discontinue use and consult your physician.

Q: How do I use the VagiSteam Pouch?

A: Our VagiSteam Pouch are prepacked and mess free. You will need to boil hot water on the stove or in a kettle and pour into a bucket (not plastic). Take 1 prepacked VagiSteam pouch and put into the hot water. Allow the herbs from the pouch to immerse in the hot water, similar to a tea bag method. Allow the water to cool to your liking. Cover the rim of your bucket with a towel and sit and cover your bottom half, keeping in all the steam. Steam for 15- 30 minutes.

Q: Do I put the cleanser inside of my vagina?

A: The daily moisturizing cleanser is used for EXTERNAL USE ONLY. It is only used on your vulva, the outer parts of the vagina which includes the labia, clitoris, vagina lips, etc.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Sign up and become a PHreshbox member by clicking the login tab on the home screen. Tracking information will then be sent via email. 

Q: Do I need to use soap or any other feminine product along with the Daily Moisturizing Cleanser?

A: No, our moisturizing cleanser is an alternative to soap. The cleansing creme does not lather but will take the place of soap. It will keep you PHresh naturally and contains no chemicals. The moisturizing cleanser will cleanse, tighten and moisturize your yoni.

Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?

A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee of $20.00.

Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?

A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact UPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
